On May 13, the “Guizhou Liquor Global Tour (Singapore Stop) – Moutai Night Welcome Banquet,” jointly organized by Guizhou Business (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, and Chinese Baijiu Association (Singapore), was grandly held at the Orchard Hotel in Singapore.

At the banquet, the presence of distinguished guests added endless excitement and splendor to this special evening. The speeches delivered by the guests on stage were undoubtedly the highlights and the opening acts of the entire banquet. Their profound words and insightful thoughts infused the event with a rich cultural atmosphere and intellectual exchange.

Singapore, as a country of diverse cultures, attracts guests from all over the world with its unique charm. To welcome our distinguished guests from Guizhou, we arranged an extraordinary performance – the traditional Malay dance, Joget. The graceful movements of the dancers and the deep cultural heritage brought the atmosphere to a climax, setting the perfect stage for the banquet. On this night filled with laughter and emotion, we enjoyed beautiful moments together, experiencing the fusion and inclusiveness of cultures. Besides the traditional Malay dance, Joget, we also arranged an impressive Indian dance performance. The elegant movements and passionate expressions of the dancers provided a splendid visual feast!

Another major highlight of the banquet was the presence of Moutai. Amidst laughter and joy, guests savored this fine liquor, engaging in conversations as they drank, pushing the atmosphere of the banquet to its peak. The unique flavor of Moutai, paired with the meticulously prepared delicacies, provided an ultimate sensory enjoyment, making the evening’s discussions even more delightful and uninhibited.

At the banquet, our company specially prepared ushers dressed in traditional Miao attire to showcase our love for Guizhou to the guests from Guizhou, making them feel our sincerity and warmth.

Amid the joyous atmosphere, the banquet concluded successfully. Each guest received a gift bag from our company as a memento of this unforgettable evening. Hey guys I’m here at the 4^th China international Consumer Products Expo which is being held in Haikou the capital of south China’s Hainan Province.

The expo has provided excellent opportunities for global companies to explore the Chinese market and products. So we get to experience global cultures and styles here where innovation meets tradition in a dazzling showcase of products.

Again, this venue is super large. A lot of walking today as well. I am looking for a snack or something to give myself a treat.

Wow so this is the Moutai ice cream. It does have some Chinese liquor flavor in it.

This is the classic series of our brand, the Feitian Moutai. Next we can see a series of zodiac-themed liquors that Moutai has launched. It incorporates the culture of five elements and the twelve Chinese zodiac animals and integrates Chinese ink painting and calligraphy into the design. This year is ‘the Year of the Loong’ and this is the zodiac-themed liquor of ‘the Year of the Loong’. Loong represents nobleness, elegance and fortune.

‘Moutai Baijiu possesses a unique aroma and taste distinct from other Baijiu products. Moutai Baijiu users red tassels, sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials. It takes at least five years from the time the raw materials enter the factory to the time. The product is produced and needs 5 major techniques, 30 stages and 165 steps.

On February 28th, 2024, the “祥龙迎嘉年 共创MEI未来” 2024 Chinese New Year Banquet hosted by Singapore China Baijiu at VOCO Orchard concluded successfully, with guests from all walks of life gathering together to celebrate the festival. The presence of distinguished guests from various sectors filled the venue with joy and harmony. Let us all enjoy this wonderful moment together and feel the joy and blessings of the New Year.

At the venue of this year’s Chinese New Year banquet, Singapore China Baijiu arranged a display of baijiu, showcasing various Moutai products, allowing everyone to gain a deeper understanding of the essence of the Moutai brand.

Other baijiu brands represented by Singapore China Baijiu were also showcased at the event. Additionally, a Moutai cocktail bar was set up to share the different possibilities of baijiu flavors. At the event, guests had the opportunity to delve into the charm of various Moutai series, and the specially crafted Moutai Mojito & Moutai Mimosa at the Moutai cocktail bar provided a unique experience of richness and surprise. May this event bring unforgettable tasting experiences to everyone and allow us to appreciate the charm and cultural heritage of Chinese baijiu together.

The banquet invited Mr. Zhou Yuyun, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, and Mr. Xiao Jianghua, Director of the China Cultural Center and the Tourism Office of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, to deliver speeches. In his remarks, Minister Counselor Zhou mentioned, “Baijiu, as a representative of Chinese liquor culture, has been involved in many touching stories of Chinese diplomacy. We also look forward to Mr. Yun’s use of liquor as a medium to catalyze a new chapter of Chinese-Singaporean friendship!” Singapore China Baijiu will continue to be a window for inheriting and showcasing traditional culture, building a bridge to convey new Chinese-Singaporean friendship.

During the banquet, guests were invited to offer their Chinese New Year blessings. With cheers of “ganbei” (bottoms up), the joy of the festival flowed through everyone’s hearts, intertwining with blessings to compose a beautiful prelude for the new year.

The banquet was filled with exciting activities. The LED dragon and lion dance kicked off the event in a spectacular manner, with dancers displaying graceful movements and exquisite skills, adding a festive touch. The appearance of God of Fortune holding golden ingots further heightened the excitement.

On October 21st, the Singapore Guizhou Association held its 10th-anniversary celebration dinner at Zui Hua Lin. As one of the sponsors, the Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association was honored to be invited. The dinner also had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Zeng Shisheng, former Minister of State of Singapore, and Dr. Zhou Yuyun, Minister-Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore. The Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association sincerely congratulates the Singapore Guizhou Association on reaching its 10th anniversary and wishes it continued prosperity in the future.

The Singapore Guizhou Association was officially registered in Singapore in July 2013. Comprised of Chinese nationals and overseas Chinese originally from Guizhou who reside in Singapore, it serves as a platform for social gatherings and information exchange. This allows members to come together, listen to their hometown dialect, share their experiences of entrepreneurship and struggles abroad, and support each other, facilitating their integration into Singapore’s diverse multicultural society.

During the dinner, Dr. Tang Liang, the President of the Guizhou Association, expressed his gratitude to all the council members, friends of the association, and sponsors for their generous donations and strong support. Guizhou is a region with a rich diversity of ethnic minorities, and by showcasing the cultural aspects of these minorities, they aim to increase awareness and understanding of Guizhou. Additionally, this contributes to the growth of local tourism and business in Guizhou. Dr. Tang Liang, the President, also presented Mr. Charles Oon, the President of the Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association, with the award for the Best Sponsor.

The mission of the Guizhou Association is to “assist Guizhou compatriots living in Singapore and provide services for the exchange between Singapore and Guizhou.” They achieve this by organizing and participating in various community activities, promoting unity and friendship among Guizhou natives and people of various ethnic backgrounds and community groups. They also strive to uphold traditional Chinese culture and strengthen connections between Guizhou natives worldwide and their hometown. Furthermore, they assist new immigrants in settling and thriving in the local community, enabling them to integrate into Singapore’s mainstream society.

This mission aligns well with the goals of the Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association. The Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association places importance on preserving Chinese culture, particularly the significant role that Chinese baijiu plays within it. Chinese baijiu is not just a beverage; it carries a rich history and cultural tradition.

Both organizations share a common interest in promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese culture and Chinese baijiu, contributing to the diversity of Singaporean society, and fostering friendly relations between Guizhou and Singapore.

The Singapore Chinese Baijiu Association has witnessed Moutai’s journey from Guizhou to all of China and from China to the world, gradually breaking boundaries and reaching beyond the Chinese community. The association has taken it upon itself to promote the inheritance and development of liquor culture, telling the Maotai “MEI” culture story and interpreting Moutai’s drinking culture, aesthetic genes, and aesthetic power. They continuously enrich the cultural expression of “MEI” and actively promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese culture and cultures from around the world. In doing so, they play a role in leading Chinese baijiu towards a better presence on the global stage.

The “Moutai Coconut Breeze Marathon Challenge,” sponsored by Singapore China Baijiu, concluded successfully on October 7th. The competition attracted marathon enthusiasts from all age groups, demonstrating high popularity and appeal.

This marathon took place at West Coast Park and featured a half marathon (21KM) race. A total of 150 participants from various ages and backgrounds took part in this half marathon. They came from nearby communities, with different running abilities, and each had their own goals of challenging themselves. The participants diligently warmed up, stretching their leg, arm, and neck muscles to ensure they were fully prepared for the race!

The race began with the energetic and exciting presence of the participants. They were set to traverse the park and sprint toward the finish line of the half marathon. Volunteers for this event were stationed along the race route, offering their wholehearted support and running alongside the participants. Spectators and volunteers cheered on the runners, providing water and food to boost their spirits.

The half marathon proved to be a competition filled with passion and determination, and we eagerly anticipate seeing the participants push their limits and create unforgettable moments. As the day turned into evening, the race had reached its midway point, yet the participants continued to pour their sweat and effort into heading towards the finish line.

The latter half of the marathon proved to be the most challenging part of the race, yet the participants maintained a strong pace and continued to push forward. Their determination and resilience were truly impressive, and they knew that they couldn’t let their guard down.

A marathon is a long-distance race that demands endurance and perseverance. The participants persevered and constantly pushed their limits. After over two hours of intense effort, participants began to cross the finish line one by one.

The awards ceremony took place after the race, where Singapore China Baijiu prepared special medals to honor the outstanding participants. During the celebration, participants exchanged experiences and celebrated their victories.

The “Moutai Coconut Breeze Marathon Challenge” was an event filled with challenges and excitement, and we take pride in its successful organization. In the future, we will continue to work hard to ensure that Chinese Baijiu continues to flourish in the Lion City.

“One Belt One Road” Singapore International Cultural Festival 5th Singapore International Wushu Competition kicked off on August 13th at the Singapore Sports School. Moutai distributor, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, as the sponsor of the competition, is committed to promoting Chinese culture, carrying forward the essence of Chinese Wushu, and promoting the culture of Wushu to the international arena.

This year’s International Wushu Competition attracted more than 30 teams from more than 10 countries and regions around the world. There were many Wushu masters from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and other places, from the young age group to the age group, all played their strength and showed the spirit of Wushu.
