This stall is located at Geylang and its popularity can be judged by the daily occupied tables lined up along the corridor. With almost 40 years of history, Sean Kee Duck Rice is set to be a top contender in the race for the title of being the best duck rice in Singapore. They only serve duck rice and duck porridge but it seems like they’re better known for their duck rice. The stall is currently run by 3 brothers – Lawrence, Ron and Albert. The brothers get up at 5 am every day to prepare all the ingredients by hand – from braising the eggs to whipping up the chilli. And they only open their stall at 11am.

We would recommend you to order their Duck Meat, Fish Cake, Tou Fu, Duck Gizzards, blanched bean sprouts and peanuts. All were cut and placed on a plate before the signature brown sauce is poured over it. The brown rice is a result of cooking it with gravy and the signature brown sauce is spread over it before serving. The aroma from the fragrant rice can rack up similarities to the glutinous rice. The meal also come with a bowl of soup which has sliced cabbages and ginseng roots in it. It is mildly herbal but nice to drink. Meat lovers can order more duck meat to go with the standard order. Porridge is also.available. The rice is grinded before boiling to become porridge providing a nice smooth texture. The signature brown sauce gives it a nice taste when mixed into the bowl of porridge.
