Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora gives you the underwater aquarium dining experience and it is the only one in Southeast Asia. You will be bathed in a cool azure glow, looking through the floor-to-ceiling glass panels at the adjoining S.E.A. Aquarium, home to over 100,000 marine animals.
Cat Cora is the America’s first lady iron chef. She aims to provide light, healthy yet scrumptious Mediterranean-Californian cuisine. She uses special cooking techniques that retain both nutrition and flavour such as sous vide. At a capacity of 67 persons, the Ocean Restaurant purposefully keeps the guest list exclusive to give you the space that you will need for a truly enjoyable meal.
