Changi Airport Terminal 4

The Changi Airport is one of the famous landmarks in Singapore. It is known for its spiffy facilities like the 4 storey high slides, a 24/7 movie theatre and even a butterfly garden.

Just when we thought things couldn’t get any better, Changi Airport recently one-upped itself by unveiling Terminal 4. It also has many amazing features and aesthetics. One of them will be the heritage zone with digital theatre show, it is a row of Baroque and Rococo shophouse replicas showing a mini digital theatre show titled Peranakan Love. This reveals our rich local culture.

The other one will be the immersive wall where it is a giant LED screen which plays whimsical and wanderlust-inducing animations. T4 also has been equipped with high-tech facilities like automated check-in with facial recognition machines to ease and speed up the departure and arrival processes.

Changi Airport isn’t just an airport, it is a national treasure and visiting it is an experience in itself. So even if you aren’t jetting off for a vacation anytime soon, it will be fun to head down anyway to check out this spanking new airport terminal.
