Royal Pavilion
Royal Pavilion at Park Regis hotel Singapore is a new 142 seater Cantonese fine-dining restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Chung and it tastes as good as it looks. The interior is designed by award winning designers and features a grand chandelier; something which is not usually seen in a Chinese restaurant. If you are a fan of dim sum and other Cantonese delights, the Royal Pavilion at Park Regis Singapore is worth a visit. The dim sum creations are crafted by dim sum chef, Chen, while the tradition Cantonese menu is curated by the executive chef, Chuang.
Another signature is the Royal Smoked Duck ($68 for full portion). The smoked crispy skin carries the aroma of the rich lychee wood and leaves which are used to enhance a pleasantly moist and flavour some red meat, without overpowering any taste palates. The roasted duck has a smoky flavour infused into the crispy skin on top of the juicy tender meat.
It is one of the classier Chinese restaurants that I will recommend without hesitation. For the price you pay, you do enjoy good food and service in a lovely environment.
