RICE DUMPLING FESTIVAL
Rice dumpling festival is known as ‘Duanwu Festival’ or ‘Dragon Boat Festival’, a traditional
andfestive occasion to celebrate in Singapore. Some of the activities includes preparation of
making rice dumpling and eating dumpling or participating in the dragon boat race. This
festival occurs every year on the 5th day and 5th month of the lunar calendar.

Hiong Kee Dumplings is located at Hong Lim Food Center, many have review that this stall
also sells delicious dumpling and people are willing to travel all the way to there just to purchase
their dumplings, it is known to sell delicious dumpling with a variety of choice for you to choose,
for instance; Nonya Dumpling, sweet red bean kee chang, pork belly dumpling and traditional
pork/chicken dumpling.
