ADAM FOOD CENTER

The Adam Food Center is located at the junction of Adam Road and Dunearn

Road. It is named after Adam Road and the food center was built in the shape

of a Chinese eight-diagram octagon; with the car park circled on the outside.

The food stalls are distributed on the inner edge of the food center, where it

surrounds the seating tables in the core zone. Unlike the rest of food center,

the seating tables are uniquely different as the tables here are organized similar

to like the eight-diagram octagon. One layer surrounds another with a giant

terrace in the middle, and is sheltered by the sun umbrellas. There are Chinese,

Muslim Indonesian, Indian and Western food varieties to be found here. The food center operates until one in the morning and the food stalls are very popularamong the locals. You will still meet a lot of customers even until very late into the night.

Located in the middle of the food center are several seating tables supported by the sun umbrellas.

You will see sun rays shining in through the above roof. The seating is very comfortable and the ventilation is very good too.                                        

Here is the famous Yummy Rojak stall.                         Recommend dessert, Tau Suan. This stall serves many varieties of desserts and juices.

                                         

This Muslim mutton soup is a hot favorite among the late patrons. Steaming hot and delicious, this while milky soup is filled with

mutton meat and mutton chop. It goes very  well with bread.
BBQ Prawn. The seafood barbeque stall is centrally located and among many seafood choices, the favorites have always been the stingrays, the lumpfish and the prawns in BBQ flavor. You just place your order and the food will be delivered to your table.
Here is the famous big prawn noodle. Compared with the other counterparts, this stall owner specially selects the giant tiger prawns himself. A good delicious bowl of big prawn noodle can set you back by at least S$8.
