My Awesome Cafe

“ Awesome!” you will be shouting out this word after tasting their unique and creative dishes. My Awesome Cafe (真棒堂), a place where they bring out the Awesomeness in each of the dishes. Its retro-looking decoration with all the vintage furniture such as school desks and knick-knacks gathered from various sources make it stand out from many other cafes.

The salad – My Awesome Salad ($15) is a must-try dish there. The ingredients used are really fresh, the owner always personally go to Tiong Bahru market to source for fruits and other ingredients. The salad greens are even imported from Australian because “they just taste better”. The salad is served with a generous portion of the mesclun with smoked salmon, herbed chicken breast, duck rillettes, avocado and tomatoes. Thus it definitely worth the price.

A warm welcome from Mr Charles Oon

Great news for the Jiannanchun baijiu fans! After ten years of preparation, Mr Oon is ready to launch this baijiu brand in Singapore. Just before the arrival of the New Year, we welcome our important guest, Mr Cai Fa Fu the Deputy General Manager of Sichuan Jiannanchun (Group) Co. Ltd and also the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, to Singapore. After a harmonious chat, both Mr Cai and Mr Oon hit it off instantly and commenced the plotting of Jiannanchun entry in the Singapore’s baijiu market. They both agreed to bring Jiannanchun baijiu into this market as part of the evolution of the Chinese baijiu culture. So to all the Jiannanchun baijiu fans in Singapore, are you ready for this?
