Origin and Distillation：
Jiannanchun is a strong-aroma (浓香型) Baijiu produced in Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, located in the fertile plains of the Chengdu Basin, nourished by the Fu River and blessed with a mild, humid climate. This natural environment provides ideal conditions for Baijiu fermentation and storage.
It is brewed using high-quality red glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water from the Jianjiang River, following a traditional solid-state fermentation process in century-old mud cellars. The unique Daqu (大曲) starter and continuous fermentation cycles create a Baijiu with a deep aroma and velvety texture.
After distillation, Jiannanchun is aged for years in underground ceramic jars, where time refines its flavor, producing a long, clean, and mellow aftertaste. When poured, its aroma fills the air; when sipped, it unveils layers of sweetness, smoothness, and elegance.
Alcohol Content and Flavor Profile：
Jiannanchun is a typical strong-aroma Baijiu (浓香型) with an alcohol content of 52% vol.

The history of Jiannanchun can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD), when the “Jiannan Prefecture” was renowned as one of the “Eight Great Wine Regions of Ancient China.” Historical records, including the Tang poet Du Fu’s verses, celebrated the wine from this region.
Reborn in modern times, Jiannanchun continues this millennium-old legacy through a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern scientific management.
The brand rose to national prominence after winning the gold medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics International Wine Competition, establishing itself as one of China’s most prestigious Baijiu brands.
