Jointly presented by Yuan Cultural Arts and Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, The Journey of Seeking Heart II: Everything Silent as a Mystery successfully concluded on the evening of 25 July at the Singtel Waterfront Theatre. On July 24, the complete list of the Michelin Guide Singapore 2025 was officially unveiled.
The 9th edition features a total of 288 restaurants, covering over 40 types of cuisine, including 3 three-star restaurants, 7 two-star restaurants, 32 one-star restaurants, as well as 89 Bib Gourmand and 157 Michelin Selected restaurants.

Introduction Sponsored by Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, the special performance by the National University of Singapore (NUS) Crosstalk Club in collaboration with the Singapore Henan Association concluded successfully. On the evening of the show, Lee Kong Chian Hall at the Singapore Nam Ann Association was filled to capacity. The audience was enthusiastic and shared in a night of laughter and rich cultural flavor.
Martial Arts Opening – Powerful and Striking The event kicked off with a captivating martial arts performance. Practitioners from the Singapore Shaolin Cultural Centre delivered a display of agility and strength, showcasing a harmonious blend of power and grace. The dazzling moves left the audience in awe and set the tone for the evening.
Crosstalk Performance – Waves of Laughter Following the opening act, the talented performers from the NUS Crosstalk Club took the stage. With superb stage presence and witty dialogue, they brought the art of traditional Chinese crosstalk (相声) to life. Their humorous and clever acts filled the hall with continuous laughter and rounds of applause, allowing the audience to appreciate the linguistic artistry and cultural depth of this beloved Chinese performing art.

Recently, the “Moutai Premium Tasting Event” hosted by Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd was successfully held at Singapore’s QT Hotel. The venue was filled with guests, surrounded by the rich aroma of fine liquor, all gathered to enjoy a grand feast of Moutai’s signature sauce fragrance.
The tasting event opened with a creatively crafted Moutai cocktail. The bartender skillfully blended the essence of Moutai Premium with modern elements, offering guests a refreshing and novel appetizer experience.
Mr. Yun Tian’an, General Manager of Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, shared the brand story, brewing craftsmanship, and flavor characteristics of Moutai, helping attendees gain a deeper understanding of the meticulous spirit behind the brand.
Following this, Yun Tian’an led the guests on a full sensory journey—visually, aromatically, and through taste—to appreciate Moutai Premium’s “pure sauce aroma, rich body, and long-lasting finish.”
At the dinner, several dishes cleverly incorporated elements of Moutai Premium, weaving the liquor’s fragrance with the ingredients to showcase diverse expressions of Eastern sauce-flavored cuisine. The harmony between food and drink left a lingering aftertaste, delivering a dual feast of flavor and culture to the guests.
Seafood dishes, enhanced by the Moutai Premium touch, revealed richer layers and a sweet, lasting finish. Steak was prepared with a sauce blended with Moutai Premium, allowing the liquor’s aroma to infuse the dish, making the texture more mellow and delicate. Pasta was slow-cooked at low temperature, allowing the wine fragrance to merge with the sauce, creating a unique fusion of Eastern and Western flavors. The evening concluded perfectly with desserts subtly accented by a light aroma of Moutai.
This event was not only a Baijiu tasting but also an exchange of culture and emotion.
