Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd Warmly Congratulates “Master Zhu Guizhou Cuisine” on Its Grand Opening!

Representatives from Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd visited Zhu Shifu Guizhou Griddle to personally congratulate Owner Ms. Zhu Shangyuan (Photo 2, left), wishing her great prosperity and success in this new venture.

The grand opening was a lively celebration, with guests from Singapore and abroad gathering to savour authentic Guizhou cuisine, enjoy warm exchanges, and experience the unique charm of traditional Guizhou ethnic attire and the “Gao Shan Liu Shui” baijiu toasting ritual.

Specialising in authentic Guizhou flavours, Master Zhu Guizhou Cuisine features a signature cooking style where meats, seafood, and vegetables are grilled on a hot iron plate, releasing enticing aromas and rich flavours.

International Zhouyi Wisdom Summit Successfully Concludes — Feitian Moutai Shines at Cultural Gala

2On 26 July 2025, the International Zhouyi Wisdom Summit concluded successfully at the Club Zui Hualin in Singapore. The event was graced by Mr. Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary of Singapore, and opened with a warm welcome speech by Mr. Shen Shujui, President of the Yi Jing Research Association. The summit brought together renowned cultural scholars and experts to explore the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese wisdom in modern society.

Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd was honored to sponsor Feitian Moutai from Guizhou as the official wine for the gala dinner. We believe that cultural exchange is not only an exchange of ideas but also a deepening of mutual understanding through etiquette and shared experiences.
