On 15 March, the Lions Club of Singapore Cherish 10th Anniversary Celebration & Charity Gala Dinner was grandly held at One Farrer Hotel. The event brought together distinguished guests from the political, business, and social sectors to commemorate the club’s achievements and contributions to charity over the past decade.

Creative Moutai Cocktails
Two specially crafted cocktails—Monday Blue and Moutai Dream—were presented at the dinner, both using Kweichow Moutai as the base. By blending traditional sauce-aroma baijiu with modern mixology concepts, the creations offered guests a refreshing and contemporary tasting experience, showcasing the versatility of Chinese baijiu on the international stage.















Showcase of Rare Moutai Selections
A curated display of premium Moutai products was also featured at the event, including Kweichow Moutai Flying Fairy, Aged Kweichow Moutai (15, 30, and 50 years), as well as the Kweichow Moutai and Kweichow Moutaiseries. The presentation of different vintages and collections highlighted the brand’s rich heritage, while demonstrating the quality tiers and collectible value of Chinese premium baijiu.












The Moutai display area attracted significant attention, with many guests stopping to admire the exhibits and take photos. The presentation design emphasized both the artistic and cultural value of the products, sparking strong interest among attendees.
Reflecting on a Decade, Looking Ahead
The gala began in a formal and celebratory atmosphere, with several distinguished guests delivering speeches. Guest of Honour Mr. Lee Hong Chuang (Photo 6) spoke highly of the Lions Club’s charitable contributions over the past ten years.









Organising Chair and Incoming President Ms. Chen Qiyi (Photo 7), as well as Event Chair and President Ms. Man Ting (Photo 8), shared reflections on the club’s journey and outlook for future development. District Governor (2025–2026) Mr. Chia Lai Soon (Photo 9) also expressed his support and confidence in the club’s continued efforts.
Moutai Tasting & Appreciation Award
During the dinner, guests enjoyed Kweichow Moutai as part of the banquet experience, contributing to a relaxed and refined atmosphere.
As one of the event sponsors, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd provided Moutai cocktails and Kweichow Moutai Flying Fairy as the official, supporting the successful execution of the event. The organiser also presented a token of appreciation to the company in recognition of its support for the charity gala.
