On 14 November, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, together with Lexus Singapore, presented a cross-industry tasting event at the Lexus showroom. Centered on the theme “Cross-Industry Integration, Value Co-Creation,” the event combined luxury automobiles with China’s top-tier baijiu, creating an elegant and refined experience.









Lexus Vehicle Showcase
That evening, several classic Lexus models were on display. Their body design, proportions, and craftsmanship details were illuminated clearly under the lighting, highlighting the brand’s consistent quality and technological strength. Guests were able to view the vehicles up close, learn about their performance and design features, and fully experience Lexus’s core advantages in luxury and innovation.








Moutai Cocktails
To offer a more creative expression of aroma and flavour, two special Moutai-based cocktails were featured during the event. “Monday Blue,” using Moutai as the base spirit, is accented with refreshing fruit notes for a light and elegant profile; “Moutai Colada” blends Nanyang tropical flavours with the richness of sauce aroma, presenting a layered palate and injecting a youthful twist into Moutai. Guests enjoyed these innovative flavours in a relaxed atmosphere, experiencing Moutai’s versatility and modern appeal.









Introduction to the Moutai Brand
At the event, Mr. David Oon, General Manager of Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, personally introduced the century-old heritage and cultural depth of Moutai. From the unique terroir of the Chishui River valley, to the traditional processes of making qu in the Dragon Boat Festival and starting fermentation during the Double Ninth Festival, and the craftsmanship behind the “12987” brewing cycle, guests gained deeper insight into what defines sauce-aroma baijiu.









Moutai Tasting
Guided by Mr. David Oon, guests proceeded to taste representative Moutai products including Feitian Moutai, Moutai Boutique, and Moutai Prince Gold. The tasting session covered four steps—observing appearance, nosing, tasting, and aftertaste—allowing guests to systematically understand the characteristics of Moutai’s sauce-aroma style and its unique flavour profile. This event provided an immersive and intuitive tasting experience for all attendees.
