In the beginning of November, we attended the Third World Master Chefs Competition For Cantonese Cuisine Macao Station 2019. Congratulations to our friend Mr. Richard Zhang (Fig 2 left) for being conferred with the position of Vice President of the World Master Chefs Association for Chinese Cuisine; and also being conferred with the position of President of the Association for Chinese Cuisine in Singapore. Congratulations to Mr. Huang Chenggui (Fig 3 left) as well who was also conferred the position of Deputy General Secretary of the World Master Chefs Association for Chinese Cuisine, and also being the General Secretary of the association in Singapore too. China baijiu (white spirits) and food are inseparable. It was our honour to have met a group of highly enthusiastic experts in the F&B industry, their effort and dedication for F&B are surely commendable. Our Managing Director, Mr. Charles Oon was fortunate to meet with Mr. Yang Weixing (Fig. 7 middle) – Chairman of Hong Kong Catering Management Association, Mr Wu Li (Fig. 8 middle) – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of World Chinese Food Federation and Mr. Liang Ridong – Chairman of World Chinese Catonese Food Industry Committee. We hope to see each other again someday!
