While we meet new people, we never forget our old friends! We warmly welcome Mr. Qiu Yuan Xing, new the Counsellor to the China Embassy in Singapore (Fig 5, Left 1) and at the same time, we also wish a warm farewell to Mr. Wang Jia Rong, the outgoing Counsellor to the China Embassy in Singapore (Fig 5, Right 1). We wish Mr. Wang will achieve even greater achievements in his future diplomatic works overseas. Toast to them!
