Mr Charles Oon was grateful to be invited to the Welcome Dinner for Mr. Hong Xiaoyong, the new China Ambassador to Singapore. Mr Oon respectfully salute toasts to the senior officials in that evening. In addition, drinking of baijiu can help to narrow the distance between strangers and enhance the genuine sincere friendship between people.
