Gudetama

Gudetama

Gudetama had hopped on a plane to our sunny island one day and stumbled upon a food playground with a beautiful garden – a place that seems to have started him cooking delicious dishes.
Gudetama Café is a theme restaurant. Gudetama is well known for his laziness but just because the character is lazy, does not mean that the staff there is lazy! Gudetama doesn’t really care about many things but he does care about his food. In his kitchen, the food is freshly prepared using quality and natural ingredients without any MSG and preservatives. There’s always something for everyone from the variety of great tasting, wholesome fare and handcrafted beverages.

Cai Yun Zhi Nan

Cai Yun Zhi Nan

Cai Yun Zhi Nan is a newly opened restaurant specialized in the Yunnan cuisine.

Most of their ingredients are freshly picked and sent from Yunnan. Yunnan is a

province in the southwestern part of China. It is famous for its varied landscape

encompassing snow-capped mountains, rice terraces, lakes and deep gorges.

The region is known for its large number of ethnic minorities. Modern Kunming,

known as the “Spring City,” has many museums and temples, including the

colourful Yuantong Temple. To the southeast, the Shilin Stone Forest contains

limestone karst peaks formed some 270 million years ago.
Yunnan is rich in natural resources and has the largest diversity of plant life

in China. Of the approximately 30,000 species of higher plants in China, Yunnan

has perhaps 17,000 or more.  Yunnan cuisine is vastly varied, and it is difficult to

make generalisations. Many Yunnan dishes are quite spicy, and mushrooms are

featured prominently. Flowers, ferns, algae and insects may also be eaten.

Spring roll is one of the famous dishes in the northern part of China. This restaurant located in Chinatown is

well known for their spring rolls.  Customers can choose to wrap it with meat, vegetable or other cold dishes

to go with the spring roll.

Over here, the restaurant selects good quality flour and use the traditional culinary style to bake the hand-made

spring rolls. It is chewy, soft and tasty.

Besides spring rolls, they also have other chinese dishes to offer too.

For instance, their steam prawns with wasabi sauce is really delicious and the flavoured dumplings is also one
