Sentosa Baijiu Culture & Tasting Masterclass

The Sentosa Baijiu Culture & Tasting Masterclass was successfully held on September 18th at the Soi Social at Resorts World Sentosa. Senior management from RWS F&B department participated in this masterclass. The tasting event introduced the background of baijiu, the brewing process, and tasting techniques, guiding participants on how to observe the liquor’s color, smell its aroma, taste its flavors, and evaluate the mouthfeel and aftertaste of the liquor. This Sentosa Baijiu Culture & Tasting Masterclass created an elegant, professional, and enjoyable atmosphere, providing participants with a deep understanding and appreciation of baijiu.

On the long table, exquisite glasses and tasting notes were set up, and the restaurant was filled with the unique aroma of baijiu. Five different types of baijiu were presented one by one, and participants savored them carefully, tasting their rich flavors and aromas, recording their own observations and impressions, and sharing them with each other. This facilitated a deeper understanding of baijiu and increased engagement in the tasting event.


5th Singapore International Wushu Competition

“One Belt One Road” Singapore International Cultural Festival 5th Singapore International Wushu Competition kicked off on August 13th at the Singapore Sports School. Moutai distributor, Singapore China Baijiu Pte Ltd, as the sponsor of the competition, is committed to promoting Chinese culture, carrying forward the essence of Chinese Wushu, and promoting the culture of Wushu to the international arena.

This year’s International Wushu Competition attracted more than 30 teams from more than 10 countries and regions around the world. There were many Wushu masters from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and other places, from the young age group to the age group, all played their strength and showed the spirit of Wushu.

Singapore Xiangqi General Association’s Triple Celebration Dinner

On 3 Aug, The Singapore Xiangqi General Association celebrated the 32nd Southeast Asian Games, and the 62nd Sun Wenguang Cup National Individual Tournament. Mr. Chan Soo Sen, Singapore’s former Minister of Education, was invited to the dinner.

President Lim Guan Hao delivered a speech in which he thanked the Permanent Honorary Presidents Mr. Charles Oon  for his generous sponsorship, which helped to make this day a huge success for the Singapore Xiangqi General Association.
