Si Wei Yan restaurant is newly opened by two SM2 students which serves authentic Sichuan cuisine in a modern & classic interior and they have another main outlet at Si Wei Mao Cai which serve similar food. Customers here can enjoy a wide range of food and wines in a soothing ambiance outdoor environment. The chefs utilise the Sichuan peppercorn, which imparts a spicy, tangy flavour to several of the restaurant’s tasty dishes. There is an incredible array of signature dishes that you’re unlikely to find elsewhere in the city and with the talented chefs specialised in chinese cuisine.
